Yesterday was one of those almost perfect Saturdays. We slept in, but not too late, Scarlett and an early morning phone call saw to that. In the morning I did the grocery shopping and Matt cleaned up around the house. After lunch we decided to take a walk and enjoy the spring sunshine. We took Scarlett down to the plaza, got some coffee and found a sunny bench from which to watch the many people enjoying the beautiful weather. We headed back home and went out to get the ingredients for margaritas. We spent the evening drinking those margaritas and playing board games. Before calling it a day Matt decided to get out his old Nintendo and teach me to play Mario Cart. After a rather slow and painful start, I have to say I did quite well - even winning my last race. It was one of those days that you have to be thankful for. I wish you all almost perfect Saturdays.
